Valukiya provides a social media management platform that allows users to: • Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms • Manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard • Access analytics and insights about social media performance • Collaborate with team members on content creation and approval • Store and manage media assets • Automate posting based on customized schedules We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

As a user of our service, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access • Use the service only for lawful purposes • Not violate any applicable laws or regulations • Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others • Not upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services • Comply with the terms of service of connected social media platforms

For paid subscription plans: • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account • You are responsible for any applicable taxes Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You may not use our service to: • Post spam, misleading content, or unauthorized advertising • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Impersonate any person or entity • Collect or harvest user data without authorization • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or services Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for content posted by users on third-party platforms • We do not guarantee any specific results from using our service You acknowledge that social media platforms may change their APIs or terms, which may affect our service functionality.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time: • You may cancel your subscription through your account settings • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
